This is a listed building in Faversham, Kent with a Kent peg tiled roof.
The lead box gutters which had been repalced sometime previously had been fitted to a bad standard and had therefore started to split. We had to reform the gutters themsleves and then replace the old lead with new lead formed into box guttering and to the correct specifications.
Other works were also carried out such as replacing old timber windows like for like, painting the cast iron guttering and downpipes and old and new windows, and re-pointing brickwork.
